Hearing & Vision Test app for iPhone and iPad

***IMPORTANT… PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS …IMPORTANT***

This is the Hearing and Vision Test from Back Pocket Apps. Please follow the instructions below before launching the application for the first time.

Instructions (Start):

Step 1:
Turn up the volume on your device to a comfortable level (around ¾ max). - For the most accurate results, please use headphones or speakers.

Step 2:
Hold the iPhone approximately 12 inches (1 foot) from your nose.

Step 3:
Launch the app. The app will immediately begin with the hearing test. Follow the instructions on the screen. For the hearing test, you need to tap the screen every time you hear a tone. Once you have completed the hearing test, you will then start the vision test. This test will display various letters and numbers. Every time you see a letter or number, please say that letter out loud. Once both test are completed you will be given your results at the very end.
